% 06.04.2018 Parties have settled the disputes in terms of Settlement Agreement dated 13.3.2018. Copy of the Settlement Agreement has been handed over in court today.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement he would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek revival of the petition in the eventuality the respondents do not fulfil the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement. Granting leave and liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.3.2018. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
