% 06.09.2016 By the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR no. 201/2012 under Sections 354/452/506/34 IPC registered at PS Neb Sarai on the complaint of respondent No.2 wherein respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are also the victim.

Status report has been filed which indicates that all the three petitioners are involved in other cases.

Considering the involvement of petitioners in other cases, I do not find it to be a fit case for quashing of FIR in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Petition is dismissed.
