During the course of arguments, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent / State informed that he has no objection if the petitioner is permitted to assist the Prosecutor before the Trial Court at the time of trial of the case FIR No.1226/2014 under Sections 8/12 POCSO Act, Section 23 of J.J. Act and Sections 3/14 of Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, 1986.

Vide order dated 14.10.2015, the petitioner was permitted to assist the Public Prosecutor before the Trial Court. In view of no objection from the State, the petitioner - Mr.Zishaan Iskandari, Advocate is permitted to assist the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the victim child during trial before the Trial Court. 3.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant writ petition. It is dismissed as withdrawn with the observations made above.
