% 08.08.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is not pressing this writ petition as the representation/ application has been made to the Department and her submission is that the Department should be directed to dispose of her application in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that as per his information, there is no such application but in case any fresh application is filed before the Department, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
