O R D E R

% 19.10.2015 The petitioners are elderly parents of one Abhishek Bakshi who has not been impleaded as party respondent.

It has been averred on behalf of the petitioners that a flat was purchased by them from the earnings of petitioner no.1. Abhishek Bakshi, younger son of the petitioner has involved himself in criminal activities. Seeing his deviant ways, the petitioners have transferred the house in the name of the elder son, who takes care of his parents and is also a responsible citizen of the society. The petitioners have raised grievance against their son namely Abhishek Bakshi, alleging that he has been threatening and abusing them for having transferred their house in the name of another brother of his. Mr.Sanjay Lao, Additional Standing counsel, submits that telephone

number of one of the police personnel of the concerned police station shall be provided to the petitioners and in case of any SOS call from them, the police would act with urgent despatch and would come to their residence for their rescue.

Mr.Lao has also submitted that duty of a beat constable shall be exclusively earmarked for visiting the house of petitioners and meeting them in order to assure them that in case of any untoward incident, the police will swing into action.

It has been informed that Abhishek Bakshi is a proclaimed offender with respect to the offences for which FIR has been lodged in Nangloi police station.

If that fact is correct, effort should be made to immediately arrest Abhishek Bakshi and put him to the process of law. Considering the stand taken by the Additional Standing Counsel, no further order is required to be passed.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
