1. Today, by a separate order passed by this Court in Arb. P. No. 566/2015, the Court has appointed an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1 to seek appropriate interim reliefs before the learned Arbitrator in accordance with law. Therefore, no further orders are called for in this petition. O.M.P.(I) 583/2015
