On behalf of State it has been submitted that Crl. M.C. 2461/2014 was dismissed as withdrawn whereby prayer was made for quashing the FIR with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing of charge sheet. 2.

It is further submitted by the State that charge sheet could not be filed as petitioner failed to join the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court. 4.
