On 01.02.2016, again there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was adjourned for today. Today again, despite the matter being passed over thrice, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting the matter.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
