On the last date of hearing, i.e. 20.07.2020, it was informed by learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent had expired on 17.07.2020 and the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to take instructions in the matter.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondent has expired, the present petition does not survive for consideration, as the same has become infructuous. 4.
In view of the fact that the respondent is no more, the present petition
