1. Pursuant to the order dated 2nd January 2019, learned APP appearing for the State has filed a status report. The same is taken on record.

2. The matter is listed before the Roster Bench on 10th January 2019. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that after the last date of hearing before the Roster Bench i.e. on 14th December 2018, the police officials have visited the campus of the Petitioner in order to make arrest and apprehending that, he is constrained to file the present application seeking interim protection.

3. In the facts of the present case, till the next date of hearing, no coercive action will be taken against the Petitioner. List the matter before the Roster

bench on the date already fixed i.e. 10th January 2019.

4. The application is disposed of.
