This matter has been placed before this Court because it was contended that two identical petitions, filed by the present petitioner, i.e., BAIL APPLN.2615/2018 and BAIL APPLN.2617/2018 are listed before this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that a sum of Rs.5 lakhs has been deposited with the Trial Court in the subject FIR in terms of order dated 12.12.2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the complainant points out that the petitioner is involved in several other cases and FIRs involving similar modus operandi. He submits that in W.P. (Crl.) 3612/2018 titled Vinay Singh vs. State & Anr. and also W.P. (Crl.) 3910/2018 titled Archana Yadav & Anr. vs. State & Anr., a coordinate Bench of BAIL APPLN. 2923/2018

this Court, (i.e, Mukta Gupta, J.) has directed the Commissioner of Police to examine all the matters in which the petitioner and the other accused and the complainants are parties and to file a chart before the Court of such cases indicating as to how many cross-cases have been filed against the respective parties. Said petitions are listed before Mukta Gupta, J. on 14.01.2019.

It was not pointed out when BAIL APPLN.2615/2018 and BAIL APPLN.2617/2018 were listed before this Court that such a direction has been issued by Mukta Gupta, J. and, as such, said applications were entertained.

Subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, list this petition before Mukta Gupta, J. on 14.01.2019 along with W.P.(Crl.) 3612/2018 and W.P.(Crl.) 3910/2018.

In the meantime, interim order to continue.
