O R D E R

% 27.01.2016 By this petition filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered vide FIR No.363/2015 under Section 406/506 of IPC, at Police Station Ghazipur, Delhi.

On 16th October 2015, when the present bail application came up for hearing, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation as and when required and in the meanwhile, the arrest of the petitioner was stayed.

Sub-Inspector Mohd. Faizan Ghani, Investigating Officer of this case is present in Court and submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he does not need any custodial interrogation of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the interim protection granted to the petitioner on 16th October 2015 is made absolute. It is hereby ordered that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer of this case as and when called by notice in writing and in the event of arrest, the petitioner - Mohit @ Gaurav be released on bail subject to furnishing his personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Petitioner is directed not to tamper with the evidence and shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. With aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
