% 16.02.2016 This is a suit for declaration and permanent injunction valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

As per averments made in para of plaint, the alleged agitation/demonstration was to take place at plaintiff's place which is located at Karkardooma which falls under the jurisdiction of District Shahdara, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Shahdara), Karkardooma, Delhi on 14.07.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
