% 21.01.2016 I.A. No. 969/2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks early hearing of the matter. The application is allowed as all the parties are represented. I.A. No. 971/2016 This application has been moved by the plaintiff to withdraw the present suit in view of the fact that the plaintiff and defendants No.1 & 2 have arrived at a compromise dated 19.01.2016, which has been placed on record along with the application. The application is signed by the plaintiff and her counsel, and is also supported by the affidavit of the plaintiff.

In these circumstances, the application is allowed and the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

Since defendant No.3/ DDA is not a party to the compromise, it goes without saying that defendant No.3 is not bound by the aforesaid compromise.
