% 20.12.2018 By this petition, the petitioner has sought modification of the order dated 3rd October, 2018 granting furlough to the petitioner subject to the condition that he will furnish the two surety bonds for a sum of ₹10,000/-. A status report has been filed. As per the status report the number of surety bonds have been reduced vide order dated 18th December, 2018 and the petitioner is now directed to be released on furlough on his furnishing one surety for a sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount. The petition is thus dismissed as infructuous. MUKTA GUPTA, J.
