% 11.02.2020 None has appeared for the Petitioner. On the last date also none had appeared for the petitioner. The Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to take action to stop unauthorized construction or any other building activity by Respondent No. 4 at Village Satbari Kharak, Tehsil Saket, Police Station Fatehpur Beri, District South Delhi, New Delhi.

The SDMC has filed a status report where it is stated that the site was inspected and the Khasras in question consist of vast land area and no new/fresh construction activity was noticed in the area in question. Photographs of the area have also been attached. SHO Police Station Madangiri, has also been requested to keep watch and ward so that no new fresh construction takes place.
