% 24.01.2019 Sixty two petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by their representations dated 07.09.2018 having not been decided by the Town Vending Committee (TVC). It is claimed that these petitioners have been allotted sites at Laxmi Bai Nagar Market. Petitioners submit that previously they were vending at Sarojini Nagar Market and post the survey, their representations for being allotted sites at Sarojini Nagar Market should be considered. Mr. Peechara, learned counsel for the respondent NDMC submits that the present writ petition is premature as the entire survey is yet to be conducted and the representations would be considered only after the survey is completed. We make it clear that after the survey is conducted, the representation of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law. Leave is granted to
the petitioners to seek such remedy, as may be available in accordance with law in case the representation is not decided in their favour. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. Dasti.
