% 20.12.2018 Respondent No. 2-Harpreet Kaur is present in Court and has been identified by ASI Satish of police station Mangol Puri. Respondent No. 2 states that she is living with petitioner after settling the dispute and has no objection in case FIR No. 445/2015 under Sections 498-A/506 IPC registered at Police Station Mangol Puri against the petitioner is quashed. Keeping in mind that husband and wife have started living together after resolving their differences, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, case FIR No. 445/2015 under Sections 498-A/506 IPC

registered at Police Station Mangol Puri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
