% 24.02.2016 Counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not taken the appellate remedy available to the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appellate Court to avail remedy under Section 29 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate Court within a period of two weeks from the date of this order to avail the remedies as available to the petitioner.
