% 17.03.2016 The sole grievance of the petitioner is that her application under Section 127 Cr.P.C. which is pending before the court below and is ripe for arguments, is not being decided.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the purpose of the petitioner would be served if the court below is directed to decide the application of the petitioner moved under Section 127(1) Cr.P.C. expeditiously.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met if the court below is directed to decide the application moved by the

petitioner under Section 127 Cr.P.C. within a period of three months. Ordered accordingly.

The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
