% 08.02.2019 CRL.M.A. 3011/2019 (by ptr. seeking permission for placing addl. documents on record) The petitioner is aggrieved by an inaction and non-compliance of the order dated 19.12.2018, which had directed the DCP concerned to ensure that the investigation be completed within four weeks thereof and to initiate such action as he may deem appropriate, in view of long pendency of the investigation and also to keep the petitioner informed of the progress in the matter.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the Chargesheet was filed on 04.10.2018. However, inadvertently this information was not brought to the Court's notice on the last date. Nevertheless, intimation in terms of the previous order ought to have been

provided to the petitioner.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the investigating officers.

Let appropriate intimation, indicating developments in the case pursuant to the Court's order, be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks.
