The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1512 /2014 registered under Sections 376/506/34 IPC at PS Shahbad Dairy. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2015. Charge-sheet has since been filed. The parties are related to each other. Several disputes between the parties' families are pending. As per the prosecutrix, physical relations were established for the first time in 2005. She has alleged that petitioner and his friend Vinod established physical relations with her many times. There is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
