Bail Appln. 2960/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the prosecution itself petitioner was not present at the spot. Petitioner is in custody for more than three and a half months, therefore, he may be admitted to bail. Learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that allegations against the petitioner is that he had provided his SIM card number to the co-accused Arun for booking OLA Cab. It is contended that petitioner had conspired with co-accused persons pursuant whereof, co-
accused had robbed the victim's car after injuring him. Keeping in mind totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
