This Application has been filed on behalf of the Applicant, Manveer wherein it is submitted that vide order dated 21.10.2024 on their joint Application, the directions have been issued for release of the deposited amount in their name, however, now a No Objection Certificate has been given by Sh. Vijay Dev for the release of the entire amount in favour of the son, Manveer.

It is submitted that in view of this No Objection, the order dated 21.10.2024 be modified and directions be given that the money be released in the name of Sh. Manveer, son of Sh. Vijay Dev Yadav. 3.
