By this application, the applicant-petitioner who appears in person, has sought restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed in default by order dated 05.07.2017. We are satisfied that the petitioner was prevented by sufficient cause for non-appearance on 05.07.2017. The order dated 05.07.2017 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number.

The application stands disposed of.

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks prohibition on the sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products and cancellation of the licence granted to Shop No.-'H' for running a shop at Kiosk No.8 in the premises of this Court.

The respondents have placed the extracts from the minutes of the meeting of Chamber Allotment Committee held on 18.05.2017 recommending the ban on the sale of tobacco products in the premises of this Court.

We are informed that the recommendations of the said Committee stand implemented.
