W.P.(C) 13510/2018 & CM APPL No.52671/2018 The petitioner is aggrieved of the order dated 30.11.2018 whereby the Estate Officer saying 'the Court is of the opinion that the application moved by the respondent under Order XI Rule 1 CPC and Order VI Rule 17 CPC are not maintainable' had dismissed the applications. Admittedly no reasons were given, hence the impugned order is hereby set aside and it is directed that a speaking order be passed within three weeks from today after hearing the parties afresh. The matter be remanded to the Estate Officer to do the needful. The petition along with pending application stands disposed of

in terms of above.
