% 14.12.2018 Crl.M.A. 49681/2018 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 3796/2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to perform Barsi of his father at Haridwar, take care of his old mother and arrange funds for the same.

As per the nominal roll placed on record petitioner has availed four furloughs in the year 2018 along with a parole with effect from 13th June, 2018 to 12th July, 2018 for a period of four weeks. The last furlough of the petitioner was with effect from 2nd November, 2018 i.e. the date after the application of parole of the petitioner was rejected. Hence this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
