% 03.03.2020 This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order dated 13.4.2015 passed by the ATMCD, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The present petition was filed by the petitioner on the advice of the Monitoring Committee which was appointed by the Supreme Court, the said advice was given to the petitioner vide letter dated 22.05.2015. This court had disposed of such matters vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in WP(C) 8647/2017 being 'South Delhi Municipal Corporation vs Brigader (Retd.) A S Popli And Anr.' wherein the following directions were given: "17.

Keeping in view the status report filed by the Monitoring Committee and the aforenoted orders of the Supreme Court, it would be for the petitioner to take further appropriate steps as per law/as per the directions passed by the Supreme Court. The petitioner is also free to approach the Monitoring Committee/Supreme Court for appropriate directions/further proceedings."

Petition is disposed of on the basis of aforesaid directions. Pending application also stands disposed of.
