% 22.04.2016 The suit had been transferred vide order dated 31.03.2016 to the District and Sessions Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts. It is pointed out that since the address of the defendants are situated in Vasant Kunj, the jurisdiction would lie with the District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.

Accordingly, the suit stands transferred to the District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi), Patiala House Courts for 18.07.2016. Interim orders to continue till further orders passed by the appropriate court.
