% 08.01.2019 Crl.M.B. 10/2019 By this application the petitioner prays for interim bail which learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes can now be only a parole on the ground that till the next date of hearing the parole granted to him be continued for the reason the mother of the petitioner has already been paralysed and the father of the petitioner is suffering from fourth stage cancer and is on weekly chemotherapy.
Notice. Learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. The factum that the father of the petitioner is suffering from cancer and is on chemotherapy had been verified by the State as noted vide order dated 19th December, 2018.

In view of the condition of the mother of the petitioner as well as his father as also the fact that the petitioner has by now undergone 17 years 9 months without remissions, this Court deems it fit to grant further parole to the petitioner. Parole granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 8th October, 2018 in W.P.(CRL) 3090/2018 is extended till 25th April, 2019 the date fixed in the writ petition on the same terms and conditions. Application is disposed of. Order dasti.
