The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayers:

(i) for addition of Sections 120-B, 307, 326 & 341 IPC in FIR No. 2575/2015, Under Sections-323/324/325/506/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli, New Delhi;

(ii) for transfer of investigation of the FIR No. 1696/2015 under Section 384/511 IPC and FIR No. 2575/2015 under Sections 323/324/325/506/34 IPC, PS Mehrauli to some other Branch/Unit/Cell/Wing or agency and to expedite the investigation;

(iii) for taking disciplinary action against the respondent Nos. 3, 4 & 5 for W.P.(CRL) 2451/2015

not conducting the investigation properly in the above noted cases. 2.

Mr. R.S. Kundu, ASC for the State submits that charge sheet has been filed and the matter is listed before Trial Court on 4th April, 2015. 3.

After some arguments Mr.Tanmay Mehta, Advocate submits that as charge-sheet has been filed, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the issues taken in this petition, before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed. Order dasti.
