% 25.08.2018 In term of judgement of Hon'ble Court dated 26.09.2017, petitioner has filed administration and surety bond.

Petitioner- Mrs Shanti Rani Kohli Dugal as well as her surety, namely, Mr. Kewal Krishan Sabharwal are present. Surety Mr. Kewal Krishan Sabharwal has furnished security by producing the sale deed of his Land property bearing no. T-257 measuing 1 Kanal 14 Marlas 0 Sarsai bearing Rect, No. 45 Killa No. 25/2 Min & Rect. No. 47 Killa No. 5 Min situated in the revenue Estate of Village CHAUMA Tehsil & District Gurgaon (now new address is T-257, Sector-109, Near Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon, Haryana) and copy of conveyance deed of his flat bearing no. C-1/1144, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 TEST.CAS. 99/2015

Statements of petitioner and surety are recorded separately. The administration and surety bond is Ex. P-1 whereas copy of sale deed and conveyance deed of surety are Ex. PX1 & PX2 respectively. Administration and surety bond furnished by the petitioner is found in order and accordingly, same is hereby accepted. Registry is directed to send an intimation to the concerned SDMs informing that Mr. Kewal Krishan Sabharwal has stood as surety of petitioner for an amount of Rs. 7,66,44,585/- and therefore he produced sale deed (EX. PX1) and conveyance deed (EX. PX2) for an amount of Rs. 4,60,00,000/- and 3,26,80,000/- respectively in this regard. The concerned SDMs are directed not to register any sale or transfer of the abovesaid properties of surety in favour of any other person till further orders of this Court.

Further, registry is directed to issue probate certificate/ letter of administration in favour of petitioner in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 26.09.2017.
