% 08.01.2016 Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the present suit is simply for recovery of Rs.1.2 crore and non commercial in nature, hence seeks the transfer of present suit to District Court, Central, Delhi as the plaintiff is located at Ansari Road, Daryaganj, which falls under the jurisdiction of District, Central, Tis Hazari, Delhi, where the cause of action arose. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 08.02.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
