This is a joint application preferred on behalf of the parties to the lis for placing on record Family Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2025 in terms of liberty granted by the Court in judgment dated 28.05.2024. 2.

Present suit was filed for partition of the suit property bearing Plot No. 14, Block 3B, Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi by metes and bounds along with declaration and injunction. During the pendency of the suit, parties attempted to settle the matter through mediation and with the assistance of Mr. Jay Savla, learned Senior Counsel, parties finally resolved and settled their inter se disputes. Broad terms and conditions of the settlement were recorded in the judgment dated 28.05.2024 when the suit was decreed, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. however, while decreeing the suit, Court permitted the parties to place on record detailed terms of settlement, if entered into and in terms of this liberty, present application has been filed placing on record photocopy of the Family Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2025. 3.

Defendants are physically present in Court, while Plaintiff has joined Court proceedings virtually and confirm the Family Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2025 having been signed by them out of their free will and without any pressure. Mr. Jay Salva identifies the parties and submits that he may be permitted to place the original Agreement in a sealed cover. 4.

The application is accordingly allowed. Original Agreement shall be handed over to the concerned Dealing Assistant in a sealed cover, who shall retain the same in safe custody. Parties are permitted to retain the photocopies of the Agreement.

Parties once again express their gratitude to Mr. Jay Savla, learned Senior Counsel, who has played an active role in facilitating the settlement. Court also appreciates the efforts put by Mr. Salva to bring the quietus to this prolonged litigation.

Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 7.

The next date of hearing i.e., 09.07.2025 stands cancelled.
