% 22.01.2016 I.A. No. 986/2016 (order 23 Rule 3 CPC) This application has jointly been moved by the parties to record their settlement. The application has been signed by the the plaintiff and his counsel as well as Simran Kalra Yashpal, the authorized signatory of the defendant. It is also supported by the affidavit of Sunil Mittal, the plaintiff No.1, who is also the Director of Plaintiff No. 2, as also the affidavit of Simran Kalra Yashpal, the authorized signatory of the defendant. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and I see no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff in terms of the prayer 32A(i) and (ii).
