% 27.01.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1326/2013 under Sections 325/354/308 IPC registered at Police Station Shakarpur. Status report is on record.

(2) During the course of arguments, learned APP informed that the charge-sheet has since been filed against the petitioner without arrest. He has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest, she be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the BAIL APPLN. 2256/2015

sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that she shall join the investigation as and when required.
