By way of this application under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 826/2014 under Section 420/468/471 IPC, registered at PS K.N. Katju Marg. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already joined the investigation and he is undergoing heart and neuro treatment from hospital, hence he may be directed to be released on anticipatory bail.

Status report verifying the correctness of the medical record of the petitioner has been filed by the State.

In view of the medical condition and that he is not required for custodial interrogation, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the BAIL APPLN. 2268/2015
event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO.

Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
