% 21.12.2018 REVIEW PET.471/2018 in W.P.(C) 9987/2015
1. The learned counsel now wants to urge prayers (iii) to (vii) in the writ petition which he did not when the petition was heard on 17th December 2018 although he still maintains that he does not press prayer (ii). The Court finds that even as regards prayers (iii) to (vii) the Petitioner fails to explain the inordinate delay in approaching the Court for relief and those prayers are in any way barred by laches.
2. No grounds are made out for review of the order dated 17th December 2018.
