% 25.01.2016 After some hearing, learned counsel for appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal stating that he may be given liberty to move application for review of the impugned order dated 26.05.2015 in as much as his pleadings setting out the facts concerning the loans and the status of refund and the document filed in support were not noticed, considered or appreciated.

In these circumstances, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty, as prayed.
