% 18.12.2018 CM APPL. 53229/2018 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. W.P.(C) 13662/2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 05.12.2018 whereby, the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) has declined to grant any interim relief to the petitioner.
He had sought that he should be allowed to participate in the interviews for the purpose of post in question. Mr. Kaushik, who appears on advance notice on behalf of the respondent, states on instructions that interviews were held from 03.12.2018 to 06.12.2018. Thus, the interviews are already concluded. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition does not survive. The same is accordingly disposed of.
In case the petitioner succeeds in OA, it goes without saying that the Tribunal shall make an appropriate order to preserve the rights of the petitioner.
