% 21.03.2016 The affidavit of service has been filed which indicates that the notice has been served to the respondents. However, no one appears on behalf of the respondents when the matter is taken up.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that within 30 days from today, he will initiate the arbitration proceedings. In the meanwhile, the interim order already granted on 30th October, 2015 is made absolute.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. Liberty is granted to the respondents to file an application for modification/vacation of the interim order before the Arbitrator, if so required.
