By way of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.P.C., petitioner is seeking quashing of the FIR No. 520/2015 registered with PS Nabi Karim under Section 3 of Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007. 2.

Learned ASC for the State informs that charge-sheet in this case has been filed.

In view of this without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the issues before the learned Trial Court.
