% 21.01.2016 Daughter of the petitioner has been produced in court. The matter was passed over once to enable her to interact with her parents. At the second call, we have asked the daughter of the petitioner as to whether she would like to reside with her parents. It is stated by the daughter of the petitioner that she is a major and she has voluntarily married one Sunil and she is residing with him as his wife. In view of the categorical statement which has been made by the daughter of the petitioner, Mr. V. M. Issar, Advocate for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press this petition.
