% 11.09.2018 [ The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that by a subsequent order dated 15.10.2017 and in its wake the formal charges were framed on 24.01.2018 against the accused persons including the petitioner. In this view, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith, the petitioner reserving the contentions set out in the petition at hand to be agitated by appropriate petition challenging the order framing charge.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
