Bail Appn.No.2966/2018 This is the third application seeking anticipatory bail filed before this Court by the petitioner, first one having been withdrawn on 4th April, 2018 followed by the order dated 28th August, 2018 wherein this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application. No new ground is made out. Bail Application is dismissed.
