% 01.03.2017 In the status report dated 17th February, 2017 filed on behalf of North DMC, it is stated that there is stay of demolition of the other two properties i.e. plot no.32 in khasra no.144 and plot no.859 in khasra no.143, Narela. Consequently, the present contempt petition cannot be proceeded with against the said two properties. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 23rd January, 2017 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Narela Zone as well as the file noting dated 13th February, 2017 passed by the A.E (Building), Narela Zone with regard to the remaining property i.e. plot no.603 in khasra no.142, Narela. With the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petition is disposed of.
