Mr.Mukesh Sharma, Advocate appears on behalf of the complainant along with complainant in person. It is informed that the matter has been settled between the parties. Pursuant to the settlement, first motion has been granted in a divorce petition filed. Learned counsel for the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail. By an order dated 20.10.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Status report reveals that the petitioner has joined the investigation since then. The parties are related to each other. Matter is stated to have been settled between the parties and the petition for seeking divorce by mutual consent has been filed where first motion has been granted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The bail application stands disposed of.
