This is an application filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 594/2015, under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC, registered at PS New Usmanpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that settlement talks are in progress and the matter is likely to be settled shortly. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the complainant. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
