% 25.02.2019 Upon action being taken against the petitioner, the present petition has been instituted. We are informed that goods of the petitioner have been returned. The petitioner is at present occupying the site. Mr.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required to be passed at this stage and he seeks liberty to approach the court again in case of any grievance.
