O R D E R

% 28.04.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.445/15 under Sections 452/323/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mansarover Park. Status report is on record.

(2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 01.02.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Status report reveals that the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

Civil suits are pending between the parties.

Cross-case by FIR No.502/2015 under Sections 354B/324 IPC registered at Police Station Mansarover Park has been registered against the complainant's son-Vijayant Kumar. Injuries sustained by BAIL APPLN. 2655/2015

the victim are 'simple' in nature.

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest, he be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that he shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
